Sam and Fuzzy Q & A: Off the Books Edition
Got a question you want answered? Just drop me an email with "Q & A" in the subject line!
"How is the new book doing?" -Alex
Honestly? Sales were really strong the first two weeks or so, but they dropped quite sharply in the third. I am hoping that things picked up again after that, but I won't actually find until next Wednesday, when Topatoco sends me a sales report for the last two weeks. (In other words, buy a book between now and Wednesday to help ease my nerves when I see it!)
But I do get it! It's the middle of the summer. People are outside having fun, not in the office buying things online when they are supposed to be working. And I'm sure some of you are thinking, 'hey, that book isn't going anywhere... I'll just get it later!' You want a little extra motivation. No problem!
I'm going to put together some bonus downloadable goodies for everyone who picks up the book by the middle of September. (And for everyone who has already bought one too, of course!) Perhaps we'll even have some prizes for a few randomly chosen buyers as well! I'll think on it and have more info for you all next week.
But in the meantime, why not go ahead and buy a book! I promise it's extremely pretty.
"We've known for a while that NMS resides above Bunton's Books, so how come he haven't seen much of Alexa, Lance, or their new kid? I'd like to meet the little fella!" -Jared
It's just like how old Renaldo had to wait more than a year from his first, lone appearance before I finally got around to doing his story. I am notorious for taking awhile to get to the payoffs of all the little thing I set up. There's probably enough set up in Sam and Fuzzy to provide payoffs for the next quarter century. GOOD WRITING TIPS
"Who would win in a fight... Fuzzy or Pintsize?" -Nathan
Depends on who is drawing the fight! When I'm drawing, Fuzzy wins. When Jeph is drawing, he usually forgets about the fight and just draws a page full of penises.
That's a wrap for this week! See you on Monday.
