He's Mr. Death, That's His Name
I have truly opened a can of worms with this one. But no story of my journey to becoming a webcartoonist would be complete without... Mr. Death.

Here is the only surviving copy of the old Mr. Death website! A few elements are non functional, and there are some problems with the relative sizes of text and images when viewing it on a mobile device. But it still mostly works! You can still read the comics and, yes, you can still download the Mr. Death Winamp Skin. (For an authentic 1998 experience, be sure to browse the site in a window that's shrunk down to 640 pixels wide, haha!)

Now this one comes with quite a few more caveats:
-It runs on Windows systems
-It runs too fast on modern computers! About twice as fast. (You can tell because of how quickly the opening cutscene images fly by... they originally went slow enough to be timed to the music.) This makes the game much more difficult! (And it was pretty fussy to begin with.)
-It's not finished! There are only a couple of levels. But if you can beat them all, I'm very impressed.
-By default, ctrl is attack and shift is jump, but I think you can change it in the menu if you'd like.
But if you are willing to deal with all that, go ahead and give it a whirl! It's a mess, but I still kinda like the music I wrote for it. (The theme song is a cover I made of Powerhouse, but the other songs are all Sammy originals.) I recommend mashing the attack button a lot.
Anyhow, enough of that. See you on Friday!
