I know of the purple people eater and this song, but I have no idea why or when. I'm pretty sure I've never heard the song, or at least not this version of it.

So are you primarily going to include traditional fantasy monsters? Or is it really whatever someone can put to paper?

Have you thought about varying your art style a bit? I'm not trying to be mean, but that didn't really seem that monstrous. It seems more clean cut, almost cuddly.

Think the slender man stuff on something afwul. Those are incredibly creepy.

Being creepy isn't the goal here. The subject matter is more a means to an end to stretch my chops, and the style I chose plays into my existing strengths.

Saw it on Facebook; really cool! Definitely a different take on what I might picture as an alien.
And it really does look like a Pokemon. I could see it in Black or White, with some cute little robotic/gemstone kind of pre-evolutions.
