From a comic book standpoint, I'm not a huge fan of either. Iron Man can go die as far as I'm concerned, after Civil War, and Spidey just does the same thing and has the same things happen over and over again. That's how a lot of superhero books work, but it doesn't mean I have to read them!
In the movies...I'd be rooting for Iron Man.
