It's actually pretty good. It's on my required reading list. You might get low hopes based on Tekk's angry personality but don't worry. It's good.

Tekk, you're getting better ... BUT:

1. Perspective. Perspective. Perspective. Yours is very much off right now. You need to draw grids.

2. I keep noticing that your pencil sketches are much better than your digital work. Maybe you should consider drawing the comic on paper, first? I know you don't have a scanner, but is there absolutely no way you can get one or borrow one once a week or scan at a library, Internet café or whatever?

Inking by hand is a lot more fun than inking digitally, too!

Also, this is related to point one: Perspective is easier to figure out on paper than on the screen.

3. You need to start working on backgrounds a lot more. I know the current pages take place in another realm where there is no real solid ground or whatever, but you can still vary it. Maybe introduce background characters or strange plants or debris or a random signpost the origin of which no one knows?

4. Keep practising, my man. Oh, and buy an anatomy book. They're a lot of help.

Even better than a book is real people! See if your town has a place that hosts art modeling. Pay a few bucks and draw people all day. Best way to learn the figure is to study people's figures. Just try not to spend all day perfecting your boob drawing skills, Tekk.
It is imperative that you read Cal Neuvost's Treatises of Extraordinary Consequence.

I cried: "I must be free!" And yet,
Full was I with regret
When surf cried back with wet decree.

Thats how I got good at drawing women. I can draw men better than women in a comic style but women better in a realistic style.

Today's comic is twice the size of a normal one. True story.

I finally decided to actually read Tekk's webcomic. I like the premise, something nasty is on the rise for sure.

I'll have to say, I like the art piece a lot more than the comic.

Not that I don't like the comic. I really like the art piece. I would steal it as a wallpaper were it bigger.

Happy Belated Birthday of, well, I think Tekk knows what I'm going to say. Yep. Are you going to do something special?

A wallpaper, when I get out of the art slump I'm in.

Nice stuff. I'd like to see you do more with the colouring, try putting several different shades of the colouring to give a better sense of dimension.
