New Book available now!
Edmontonians: I am at the Edmonton Expo this weekend, hanging with my pals Alina and Layne at the booth known as "Weregeek/Sam and Fuzzy". (AKA booth #703.) If you're going to be in the area, come by and say hello!
Everyone: the latest Sam and Fuzzy print collection -- Sam and Fuzzy Under the Influence -- is now on sale! You can nab it on it's own, or bundle it up with either (or both) of our previous books for strategic deals. As always, picking up the Sam and Fuzzy books is the perfect way to score the comic in it's slickest, prettiest format while simultaneously supporting my rogue webcartoonist lifestyle.
You can also get an "Artist Edition" copy of the book, which includes a bookplate with a signed original black and white drawing by me inside, just like our previous two books. This time around, I also drew four particularly special bookplates with fancy full-colour art, which will be given out randomly to four lucky artist-edition buyers. Alas, I, uh... seem to have lost the photo I took of the those bookplates before mailing them to Topatoco. (I'll see if I can get them to give me one!)
Also on they way are two new t-shirts -- one featuring Baker the dog, and one featuring some classy retro-gaming nonsense -- and the new "Shoulda Ordered Pizza" apron! They are not available yet, but they will be fairly soon (EDIT: Looks like they'll go on sale Monday!), so I figured I better announce them informally now in case anyone wants to order a book and a shirt/apron at the same time. Here's a sneak peek! (Click for a larger version.)
Just like in the past, folks who buy a copy of Volume 3 will become members of the Sam and Fuzzy Book Club, and receive a little extra (mostly digital) swag throughout the year. The first bonus -- an Alphonso bookmark -- is included with the book, and the next set will be announced closer to Christmas. Woo!
