VanCAF imminent
The week of the Vancouver Comic Arts Festival is upon us! Excuse me, if my web presense or rant wordage is a little lower than usual this week, as I'll be busy helping out with the preparations for the show.
However, busy or not, all your regularly scheduled Sam and Fuzzy comics will arrive unimpeded. Which is good, because a lot of you seem to be particularly enjoying this story! I'm glad to hear it -- I know I've certainly had a ton of fun making it.

Stealth Mode
Today's comic can also be considered a possible explanation for how the Batman Beyond costume works. Actually, maybe ALL superheroes are really shape-shifting slugs...
With all the post-TCAF travelling and pre-VanCAF prep this week, I was too busy to put together a Q and A feature. But it will return next week, as will the next pages of our story. See you then!

Humming the Baseline
If you've ever played either of the Jet Set Radio games, you probably already know and love the great tunes Hideki Naganuma wrote for it. He also did some work on a few other SEGA games. But after Sonic Rush, it seemed like he kind of disappeared... which was very distressing for fans of his work.
Fortunately, over the past year or so, he's gotten pretty active online. As it turns out, he didn't disappear at all... although he did record a lot of his work in the intervening years under the pseudonym "Skankfunk". If you're a fan, you can check out a bunch of his newer work on Soundcloud. He'll also be doing the soundtrack for Hover! In other words, the great Naganuma drought is over. Woo!
VanCAF is next week! Have you snagged your VIP package yet? They're only $15, and they come with a bunch of sweet swag made by me and other artists:
Baker and Conscience Cat postcard included!
