Friends, I'm afraid I must forgo our traditional Q and A segment this week... I'm coming up on some big design deadlines for some future new S&F swag, and I gotta hunker down and get it all done! But, worry not: I still have the lovely comic above for you, and I'll have another on Monday as usual. See you then!

Prologue
A new volume of Sam and Fuzzy begins today! I'm not going to say much about it just yet, but I hope you are excited, friends. This is the big one!
Also, the July rewards for all my Patreon backers are now out!
I guess it's been a while since I actively described how what Patreon is and how it works around here, so if you'll indulge me, here is the rundown. Basically, Patreon is a site where folks can voluntarily support S&F on a monthly basis and get rad digital bonuses. The quantity of said bonuses varies depending on the level at which you back.
-All backers get to vote to decide the subject matter of two bonus art pieces each month! (The pieces are a mix of pin-ups art, goofy Sam and Fuzzy stuff, and fan art.)
-Extra level backers get a monthly PDF full of previews, bonus art, and behind-the-scenes making-of type shennanigans.
-Secret Art Vault backers get access to a giant 1200+ file digital vault of my past work... including comics, commissions, sketches, illustrations, and pin-up work! (Some of the pin-up stuff is a little NSFW, so maybe don't open that sucker up in front of your grandmother unless she's really chill.) There are also a couple of higher-tier options, if you'd like some real physical artwork to go with all your digital bonuses.
Backing the Patreon is, of course, 100% optional. But if you're looking to support my work and help fund the creation of more of it, it's a fun way to do so and get a little fun bonus stuff in return at the same time. Of course, I also sell a wide variety of books, shirts, ebooks, and art, if those are more your speed. It's all good with me and all equally appreciated. I just like to give everyone lots of options!
Come back on Friday, for a new comic, and probably also a new round of Q and A! See you then, team.

Baker's Big Adventure
As I recover from life chaos wraught by a) moving and b) unexpected home repairs, please enjoy one last stand-alone comic before we begin our next story!
I originally drew this sucker for Comics in Transit -- an event last year that ran gigantic comics by Vancouver artists on the side of local bus stops. (The location depicted in the comic is Vancouver's own Spanish Banks.) This is the first time I've published it the original art properly online, but some Patreon backers saw it as a bonus a few months back. (Some of you may also have seen my actual photos of the bus stop.) So apologies if it is not new to you! As a consolation prize, let me also provide you with this rather epic recently-completed drawing of Fuzzy as all 13 incarnations of the Doctor from Doctor Who. (Created at the behest of last month's Patreon voters.)
That's a wrap for today. But come back on Wednesday for the start of a new chapter and a new volume of Sam and Fuzzy! Yeeha!
