The Word
My friends and fam joked that today's comic is "autobiographical". Wordle got its hooks in me around New Years, and proved to be sort of habit-forming gateway drug. Since then, I've cascaded through dozens of other daily challenge-style games. (Although unlike Dev, I don't still play all of them -- I kinda pick 'em up and put 'em down, with a handful in the daily rotation at any given time.)
These days, my two favourite daily games are ones that aren't mentioned in today's comic! One is Box Office Game... where you try to guess the top five films of a given past weekend using a really fun point-based hint system. And the other is Sonic Heardle, which I enjoy because I am embarassingly good at it. (You know you have a problem when you can identify the Sonic Mega Collection art gallery menu music from a one second audio sample.)
