Rot and decay

My last batch of 'tober pieces are all centered around Halloween-themed Saucy Hippo acts! These ones are all going to be actual comics, but I'm centering each one around a big splash image of the performer in costume. So, I'll provide my traditional 'tober style photos of the original art down here. Here's the Cynthia piece from today's comic:

I'll see you on Monday with our next comic, team. Woo!

Dinoctober

Wow, it's Dinoctober already? The calendar sure is full at this time of year, isn't it? Like the comic says up top, I was originally going to call this Rextober until I realized how ridiculous Dinoctober sounds. But that's why all three of our pieces today are Rex-centric!

I actually hauled out my ancient Grimlock toy for visual reference drawing today's art! (So if any of the stickers are in the wrong place, blame childhood me.)

Rexford as Godzilla IS typecasting, but I thought it would look fun so I did it anyway. Sorry, buddy.

And last but not least, no T-Rex line-up would be complete without T-Rex from Dinosaur Comics! That boy is a veritable internet institution. You'll get that house one day, Rex.

See you on Friday, team!

Eh... close enough

Today's theme is defined largely by what it's not. But very much by what it sounds like! It makes some kind of sense, if you think about it exactly the right amount.

Rowlf is my absolute favourite Muppet. I love Rowlf. This skit is one of my favourite Muppet moments. Henson and Oz were an all time comedy duo!

Next up are Daisy and Kirby, in a piece that inserts the longtime Mario Golf Princess into the world of Kirby's Dream Course. Now that's golf, baby!

And last up, we have an older piece of mine featuring Sam and Baker in a parody of the old Rudolph special. To be perfectly honest, "Rudolphtober" was the only other wolf-sounding one I could think of, so this piece fit the bill!

That's all for today, folks. But I'll see you on Wednesday!
